The wait time to become a client can vary quite drastically, from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, depending on my current workload and availability at the time of your enquiry. The size or scope of your project can also have an impact on the wait time.
To allow me to book you in as quickly as possible, I encourage you to fill out your waitlist form as accurately and with as much detail as possible.

Each project is bespoke and individual, therefore the cost is based on the brief and entirely dependent on what you require. Things I take into account are; the time it will take to create, quantity of work & turnaround time. We often split our design costs into phases so we can easily & successfully manage your project as well as your budget.
Once you have sent off your waitlist form, I will send you an estimated cost or a package suggestion that I think will best suit your needs.

In the majority of cases, yes. However, if for whatever reason I don't believe we are the right fit for you or your business, I will let you know.
I pride myself on having enjoyable and successful working relationships with all of my clients that last a lifetime, so above all else, this is my top priority. For both my business and for yours.
I will never take on a client if I think we won't be able to achieve the desired goal for your brand’s design or if I think someone else will be better suited to carry out your project. In that rare case, I will always do my best to recommend a solution or point you in the right direction who would be better a better fit to design what you need.
